Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales cycle
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
- Provide technical expertise to design and propose solutions to customers
- Assist with the development of new business opportunities
- Provide feedback to the development team on product requirements and areas of improvement
- Contribute to the development of product demos and presentations
- Experience with cost analysis and pricing strategies to effectively quote prices and negotiate deals with customers.
Experience requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a presales or sales engineering role
- Strong technical knowledge of software applications, hardware, and networking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and development teams
- Familiarity with cloud computing and related technologies
- Understanding of project management methodologies
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security requirements in the IT industry
- Nice to have:
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
