About the Company: Our client is a company specializes in cosmetics and nutrient products distribution. As a Market Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting market research and identifying product trends to create new product lines that align with the company's overall strategy especially in product management or marketing, and analytical thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for staying up to date on industry trends. 

Responsibilities

Market Research:

• Stay updated on global and Asian market trends.
• Research potential product trends for manufacturing.

Product Development:

• Identify manufacturing channels for specific products.
• Collaborate with strategy and business development teams.
• Create strategy proposals for product launches.

Project Management:

• Track product life cycle and report on progress.
• Outline product timelines and ensure successful execution.
• Manage product budgets effectively.

Vendor Management:

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors.

Competitive Analysis:

• Analyze competitors to identify trends and opportunities.

Digital Marketing:

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in product management or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, Product Management, Science (Cosmetics), or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Creative thinking and strategic mindset.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Results-driven with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English.
