“The Changing World of Work” Ian Grundy. The world of work continues to change at a rapid rate. In this presentation, Ian Grundy will look at key workplace trends and what is driving this change. He will also explore the workplace ‘Generations’ and how to retain talent in the modern workplace. Ian will also take a look at the importance of the human resources function and how this is more essential in 2010 than ever before”

Bio:
Ian Grundy has over 16 years experience in international corporate communications and human resources. He has held senior positions in Singapore, New York and Zurich, and is an expert in human resources communications and marketing.

Until 2007, Ian was Head of Public Relations & Global Partnerships for The Adecco Group - the world's largest human resources organization. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, he had responsibility for global communications, sponsorship platforms and was also part of the brand team that led the company through a global brand repositioning. He also directed several global CSR related initiatives for the company.

Today, Ian runs his own consulting company that specializes in working with human resource related clients.
