Tidarat Kanchanawat
Country Manager, Adecco Group Thailand

Tidarat Kanchanawat is the Country Manager for the Adecco Group in Thailand, overseeing the company’s subsidiaries across the Kingdom.
Tidarat joined Adecco (then ECCO Personnel) in 1994 as a Marketing Manager. She went on to become a Branch Manager and now oversees the company’s extensive network which includes recruitment, employment and human resource consulting services – with specialties in executive search, IT, engineering and Japanese staffing services.

Leading a team of over 200 employees, which in turn support over 8,000 associated contract and temporary staff, Tidarat’s strengths lie in identifying and analyzing strategic human resource policies and procedures, as well as providing comprehensive job and career advice to both clients and candidates alike.

Tidarat, who gained her Bachelor Degree in Economics from Kasetsart University and an MBA in Marketing from Hawaii Pacific University, is regularly invited by universities and other academic and business institutions to share her views and knowledge on labour trends, the world of work and career advancement. She is a widely respected figure within the human resources community and over the past 15 years has contributed significantly to the development of the profession in Thailand.

Tidarat, who is married, is based at the company’s head office on the Phaholyothin Road in Bangkok.
