Job Responsibilities
- Attain growth objectives and meet sales targets by effectively overseeing the sales team
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to broaden the company's customer base and ensure a robust presence
- Handle adjustments to project scope and schedule
- Take charge of recruiting, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships through collaboration and understanding of their requirements
- Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with accurate forecasts to the management team
- Recognize emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape while staying abreast of new products and competitive positioning
Experience requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a relevant field
- Have a track record of success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or surpassing targets
- Dedicated to ongoing learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrate the ability to lead the sales process from planning to closure
- Possess a keen business acumen and industry knowledge
- Excel in mentoring, coaching, and managing people
