Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and maintain the status of the entire project portfolio.
• Design and refine business operation workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate the implementation of new products/services.
• Lead and execute project tasks and activities across the project lifecycle, encompassing business continuity planning and internal operational procedures.
• Analyze, predict, and monitor reports generated by the operation planning team.
• Create supplementary documents to ensure alignment with all stakeholders.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the head of operation planning.
Experience requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years-experience in banking operations and project management.
• Expertise in business transformation or process improvement within Banking/Financial Services.
• Proficient in mainstream banking products with understanding of business continuity management.
• Strong analytical, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication (English and Thai) and presentation abilities; self-motivated team player.
