Job Responsibilities
- Develop business plans for restaurant growth and profitability, incorporating short-term and long-term strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and expansion areas.
- Establish and lead a new management and operations team, setting strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage restaurant budget to optimize resource allocation and cost-efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures for enhanced profitability.
- Conduct regular financial assessments and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain inventory levels and implement control measures for waste reduction and stock turnover optimization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and motivate restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment and culture of excellence.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads, including kitchen, front-of-house, and administrative staff.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with musicians or entertainment providers for live performances and special events.
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience over 5 years in restaurant management, with a focus on fine dining establishments.
- Strong financial and experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of European and Thai cuisine, culinary trends, and fine dining standards.
