• Coordinate and work closely with the company's IT department and service strategy management staff (SA Team) 
• Gather data from IT and service teams to summarize data and show results in Dash Bord format. 
• Participate in the invention, propose ideas, or create digital tools that can support work more efficiently. 
• Oversee an overview of all Corporate Planning Dash Bord data. 
• Prepare presentations and weekly presentations to the executives for acknowledgement. 

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data mining techniques.
• Good teamwork skills

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Business Administration Computer Science, Information Technology, IT, Software Engineer or related fields
