2. Contact from Adecco
Making an appointment
Our consultant will contact you via telephone, facsimile or e-mail to schedule an interview at our office.
Language Assessment
We will conduct job relevant tests in both English and Thai. Our consultants will provide you with practical advice.
Interview with our consultants
Our consultants will conduct an interview with you, from which they will identify your behaviour and competency and match you with the most suitable job. Our interview methodology is based on “Can do, Will do, Will fit”. Feel free to ask questions and clarify any matters with our consultants.

3. Job offers from Adecco
Our consultants will inform you of vacancies available and provide you with useful information about the company you are interviewing with – e.g. about their organizational culture.

4. Interview with client
Our consultants will arrange an interview appointment between you and the client.

5. Final
Our consultants will inform you of the outcome and also provide you with feedback from the client. If successful, you will be offered the position and a salary package.
