Job Responsibilities
Job Objective:
- Analyze and develop strategies for effective human resource management to achieve the organization's policies and goals.
- Determine procedures and implement matters related to recruitment, training, promotion, transfer, benefits, salary structure and compensation, including setting job position standards and supervising and overseeing employees.
Job Descriptions:
- Plan and determine the company's organizational structure, manpower, position structure, responsibilities according to job positions, evaluate employees at all levels, and determine salary and compensation standards for employees.
- Determine work rules and regulations and employee discipline management, including monitoring, supervising, and overseeing employees' work to comply with work rules and regulations.
- Prepare work manuals, reference documents, and forms related to personnel work, including waste and waste control, personal hygiene control, recruitment and training, and safety.
- Supervise, control, oversee, and verify personal data of employees, customers, and suppliers in the organization.
- Develop plans and implement activities to build good relationships within the organization, organize activities to promote welfare, labor relations, and a good working environment for employees.
- Determine policies and manage and supervise the setting of goals, performance indicators, and performance evaluations of employees.
- Determine employee development plans, set annual training courses, and implement training and development of employees so that employees can work according to the set goals.
- Follow up on work related to employees and administrative work assigned.
- Quality and Food Safety Team and Internal Audit Team
Experience requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in human resource management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
