Position Overview

As the Assistant Manager - Quality Control, you will play a vital role in guaranteeing the highest quality standards throughout all stages of the production process. You will manage daily quality control operations, supervise a team of quality control personnel, and implement strategies to continuously enhance quality control procedures.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of quality control professionals.
  • Implement and oversee effective QC procedures across the entire production process.
  • Manage supplier quality, ensuring adherence to agreements and regulations.
  • Analyze and report on QC data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.
Experience requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food quality control with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English a must.
