About the Company

Our client is the sole authorized dealer for machinery for construction, mining, material handling, agriculture, petroleum, marine, and power generation. They are now looking for "Customer Service Manager" To ensure customer satisfaction by providing top-notch service and support to clients purchasing machinery, services, and spare parts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements.
  • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support.
Experience requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Experience in the heavy machinery would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (conversational level).
