Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee budgeting for Corrective Maintenance (CM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), and Full Service Delivery (FSD) across all power plants.

• Control and monitor procurement activities to ensure the procurement of parts is of appropriate quality, timely, and at a reasonable cost.

• Manage and monitor backlog collection and appropriately group tasks.

• Supervise and ensure the efficiency of FSD activities.

• Control and manage the planning for inventory storage and usage of spare parts.

• Supervise and coordinate the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) in collaboration with Engineering Services (ES) for comprehensive repair works.


Decision Making Authority:

  • Ability to control/decide on budget matters within approved frameworks.
  • Authority to decide on machine downtime for maintenance as per the planned schedule.
  • Power to make decisions regarding the transfer of personnel to support operations in different areas.
  • Authority to supervise/decide/evaluate subordinates within the scope of their responsibilities without requiring approval or consent from superiors.
  • Authority to decide on employee training attendance.


Experience requirements
  1. At least 7 years of experience in maintenance within power plants.
  2. Proficiency in engineering, machine operation, and electrical maintenance.
  3. Demonstrated leadership qualities.
  4. Flexibility.
  5. Creative thinking skills.
  6. Good English Communication skills.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Instrumentation.
