Job Responsibilities

As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our advanced medical devices.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading a team of service engineers to deliver exceptional technical support and maintenance services to our clientele.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize service efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth integration of new equipment and technologies.
  • Conducting regular training sessions for service engineers to enhance their technical skills and product knowledge.
  • Overseeing the scheduling and allocation of service assignments to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex service issues.
Experience requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the medical device industry, with a focus on service engineering.
  • Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Thai.
