Sales & Marketing Manager

 Our client is a Japanese cosmetic company that specializes in offering a range of cosmetic and beauty products. Their products are available in both modern trade outlets and online markets.

• Lead efforts to meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies.
• Focus on both acquiring new customers (20%) and maintaining relationships with existing ones (80%) to ensure sustained business growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure advantageous deals for both customers and the company.
• Provide guidance and support to the sales and marketing team to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and set targets for the sales and marketing staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Regularly report sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives to the Managing Director.

• At least 7 years sales experience in cosmetics industry (in modern trade & FMCG in vendor role)
• Have basic knowledge and experience in Marketing.
• Good interpersonal skill
• Good command in English
