Job Responsibilities
  • Attain growth objectives and meet sales targets by effectively overseeing the sales team
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to broaden the company's customer base and ensure a robust presence
  • Handle adjustments to project scope and schedule
  • Take charge of recruiting, goal-setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships through collaboration and understanding of their requirements
  • Deliver comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with accurate forecasts to the management team
  • Recognize emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape while staying abreast of new products and competitive positioning
Experience requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • Have a track record of success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or surpassing targets
  • Dedicated to ongoing learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead the sales process from planning to closure
  • Possess a keen business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Excel in mentoring, coaching, and managing people
