General Manager (Trading of Chemical Products)

We are a Japanese trading company engaged in the development and sales of paints in Thailand.

Development, design, and sales of general paints, powder paints, and special paints for industrial use.

The company sells industrial chemicals, coating equipment facilities, and permitted alcohol.

• Supervise staff in the sales, accounting, and interpreting departments

• Supervise daily operations

• Foster productivity and professional growth among employees

• Assess and enhance operational and financial performance

• Lead the employee evaluation process

• Compile routine reports for Japanese managers for both in Thailand and Japan

• Offer resolutions to challenges (e.g., declining profits, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any fields

Languages: 

• English: Internal conversation or level up

• Japanese: Business level (JLPT certificate is a plus, not mandatory)

Experiences:

• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in management positions, such as Admin Manager, General Manager, or other related positions

• Experienced in cooperating with the other section in works

• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
