• Conduct presentations to customers to illustrate the difference between genuine and non-genuine filters, emphasizing the benefits of using genuine products.

• Assist in developing educational materials, presentations, and demonstrations to support sales efforts.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for promoting genuine products and addressing customer concerns.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create and modify presentations and educational materials.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather information and insights on product features and benefits.

• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings, events, and trade shows to promote genuine products.

• Provide support to sales representatives by responding to customer inquiries and providing product information.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.

• Adapt presentation content and delivery style to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
