- Oversee technical aspects of production, such as camera equipment, lighting, and sound, to maintain consistent quality.
- Manage production crews during field shoots and in-studio recordings, ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards.
- Provide guidance to align creative and editorial direction with the agency's vision.
- Supervise editing and post-production processes, collaborating with video editors, graphic designers, and audio technicians.
- Review final edits for accuracy, visual appeal, and alignment with agency guidelines.
- Implement measures for accuracy, factual correctness, and adherence to ethical standards in news reporting.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance production processes and output quality.
