Service Sales & BD Manager

Our Client is a multinational corporation with a strong global presence, a focus on cutting-edge technology, and a commitment to providing comprehensive solutions and technologies to Energy industry. They are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team and play a key role in supporting our business operations across the Asia Pacific region.

·      Create and execute service quotations, drive sales activities, and finalize orders with customers.

·      Coordinate resource scheduling and oversee field service project execution.

·      Collaborate with regional sales team to develop and implement sales plans to meet budgets, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.

·      Utilize Service Engineer work log to inform future service roadmaps.

·      Lead service sales initiatives, including generating quotations, arranging customer meetings, and securing orders.

·      Achieve and exceed sales annual budget targets.

·      Utilize company ERP tools for efficient operations.

·      Monitor and maintain Services KPIs, including utilization reporting, loading estimates, and customer experience surveys (e.g., Net Promoter Score).

·      Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.

·      At least 5 years of experience in the Pulp & Paper, including a background in Field Sales.

·      Sales expertise combined with technical acumen in communication and commercial proficiency for negotiating contract terms.

·      Comprehensive understanding of the Pulp & Paper and/or Energy industries and associated business processes, coupled with expertise in the service sector.

·      Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with strong presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.

·      Proven track record of success in navigating matrixed, multicultural, and international environments.
