General Manager

Our client is a leading provider of solar mounting and accessories based in Thailand. We specialize in residential, commercial, and industrial installations for on-grid and off-grid systems in Thailand and South East Asia. We design, supply, and supervise solar projects and support solar installations with complete solar components. As an authorized and official partner of Clenergy, we also distribute Staubli multi-contact connectors, Weidmuller, Phelps Dodges, Prysmian cable, and more. We are rapidly expanding and have recently adopted PV inverters into our product line.

● Supervising daily business operations to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

● Enforcing adherence to company policies, procedures, and Thai legal requirements among all staff members.

● Crafting and executing strategic growth initiatives.

● Cultivating and managing pivotal client relationships.

● Promoting and selling our solutions and services to key clientele to meet revenue targets.

● Coordinating site meetings, compiling and disseminating meeting minutes, and liaising with clients, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.

● Resolving issues and implementing effective problem-solving measures.

● Facilitating internal handovers (IHO) and client handovers (HO).

● Formulating and managing comprehensive budgets.

● Conducting performance and productivity evaluations.

● Analyzing financial and accounting data to inform decision-making.

● Compiling reports and delivering presentations to the board of directors.

● Demonstrating advanced proficiency in renewable energy solutions and associated technologies.

● Fostering a culture of continuous improvement in proficiency and skills.

●    A minimum of 5-10 years of corporate managerial experience.

●    Strong Knowledge in Solar industry.

●    Proven experience as a General Manager or in other managerial position.

●    Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

●    Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc.

●    In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.

●    An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

●    Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

●    Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

-Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.

-Proficiency to excellence in the English language is preferred.

-Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is considered advantageous.
