Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Export-Import Manager to oversee and develop our export and import operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both the Industrial Products Export-Import function and the FG (Finished Goods) Export function separately, ensuring compliance with regulations, optimizing processes, and driving operational excellence.

Industrial Products Export-Import Function:

  • Manage and develop the Industrial Products Export-Import team, fostering collaboration, empowerment, and autonomy.
  • Ensure compliance with import-export laws and regulations, including customs requirements.
  • Coordinate day-to-day import-export activities, including customs brokerage services and operations monitoring.
  • Monitor and manage the performance of customs brokerage service providers based on service agreements and KPIs.
  • Identify and anticipate critical situations, implementing action plans to address potential issues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

FG (Finished Goods) Export Function:

  • Lead and develop the FG Export team, guiding them towards achieving organizational objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Organize and optimize resources to ensure proper execution of export operations according to processes, standards, and customer requirements.
  • Evaluate operations performance against service level agreements and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Coordinate with partners and customers to optimize performance levels and address any operational challenges.
  • Facilitate change at the team level, driving innovation and efficiency in FG export processes.
  • Maintain a strategic focus on long-term goals while managing day-to-day export activities effectively.

Customer-to-Cash Process:

  • Oversee the customer-to-cash process, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, timely invoicing, and efficient cash flow management.
  • Manage order processing, fulfillment, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections activities to optimize cash flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and resolve any issues related to customer orders and payments.

Requirements:

  • Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) certification (ใบผู้ชำนาญการศุลกากร) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure and challenging environments.
Experience requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in export-import operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
