Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Regional Logistics Analyst for East Asia and Australia. The primary focus of this role is to drive process improvement initiatives across our logistics operations, warehouse, and inventory processes, utilizing Oracle systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, project management experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.

  • Lead and coordinate the Logistics Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring effective implementation of load, capacity, and cost-balancing solutions.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across logistics operations, warehouse, and inventory processes.
  • Define and update distribution plans on the S&OP horizon, aligning them with financial forecasts.
  • Develop innovative solutions to optimize load capacities, stocks, flows, transport, and costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational excellence.
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Logistics Analyst with a focus on process improvement across logistics operations, warehouse, and inventory processes.
  • Proven experience in Logistics Project Management and implementing Improvement Process Projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and drive change.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Oracle systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluent in English.
Education requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics Management or a related field.
